General Refund Policy
We will treat your refunds in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of India & USA. This refund policy is subject to modification(s) based on business, legal or regulatory requirements and will be updated online from time to time. We will make all efforts to communicate any significant changes to this refund policy to you. You are encouraged to periodically visit this page to review the refund policy and any changes to it. Your continued participation in the solution after any modification(s) to this refund policy will be deemed as your acceptance to such modification(s).
Products or Services purchased from DigiTecholic.com may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products or services have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products or services that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products or services.
“Date of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by DigiTecholic.com, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.
"Refund Period", you may cancel a product or services at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund with DigiTecholic's customer service within the refund time frame specified for the applicable product or services, if available at all.
No Refund After Account Closure. If eligible for a refund, it is necessary for you to request a refund prior to account closure. You may elect to close your account with us at any time, but upon account closure you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.
STANDARD REFUND TERMS
Annual Plans+ Within 7 days of the date of the transaction.
Monthly Plans*+ Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction.
*Monthly Plans include all plans with less than a 1-year term (e.g., 6 mos., 9 mos., etc.) +Security products with remediation service cannot be refunded once a cleanup request has been submitted.
CONDITIONS OF REFUND
For Products To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For Services To be eligible for a refund, your services must be unused and not started from our side.
NOTE- We will charge 3% of your transaction amount at the time of refund, If you're eligible for refunds or money back guarantee and It will take up to 7 business days for your refund amount to be credited to your bank account.
PRODUCTS or SERVICES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS:
We do not offer refund or money back guarantees on certain products or services. (a) Domain; (b) IVR Calls or Toll FREE Number; (c) Bulk SMS or Email; (d) WhatsApp Business API; (e) Social Media Profile/Page Verification (f) Bots followers & Subscribers.
